and No…that’s not my birth name, but it is the name that brings me so much joy. Of course, you can call me Christine but once people meet me, they usually say, “I can’t imagine calling you anything else!”
For most of my life, I felt trapped carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, self-doubt, and undiagnosed ADHD. I numbed the pain with smoking, alcohol, and food, believing I was stuck in an endless cycle. Then, menopause hit, bringing brain fog, mood swings, and exhaustion, making it even harder to feel in control.
It wasn’t until my 50s that I was finally diagnosed with ADHD, and suddenly, so much of my past made sense. But even with that understanding, breaking free from old habits and emotions still felt impossible—until I remembered the moment that first proved real change was possible.
Ten years ago, I tried hypnotherapy and quit smoking after 35 years. That experience shattered my belief that change was out of reach. It sparked a journey of self-discovery, leading me to uncover just how powerful the mind truly is. Two years ago, I knew I had to take this further—not just for myself, but to help others.
It took another year to find the courage, but when I did, I went all in—training at The Mind Academy and immersing myself in hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and the Hummingbird Method. I used these tools on myself first, rewriting the patterns that had held me back for so long.
Now, I help others break free from their own struggles. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, but I also know firsthand that change is possible. Nothing fulfills me more than witnessing others discover their own power to break free from what’s been holding them back.
